Well gentleman our last soccer 7s game and I tell you all you made us wait for this one

it was a cold morning we only had 9 players due to ross being away and jack not feeling well and dylan out injured

I thought All the boys put in a hard shift today on the astro turf, the game kicked off and we went straight into attack mode, we ended getting a corner and daniel put in an excellant corner jordan jumped but missed the ball ended bouncing about the goals jordan then struck to put the ball into the back of the net. Then later on we got another corner and once again the same player jumps and misses but ends up getting a bit of luck and the ball once again comes back to him and he fires in his 2nd of the match, some lovely football being played by both teams by know and both keepers being kept on there toes, then livi bounce once more a quick break and we were up the park and scott scored, ( thiught he was going to fall over the ball ) but once again bfc linlithgow keep going and pin us back by scoring a couple of quick goals back, but then later on in the game grant once again playing as striker today shows he kens where the net is by scoring.

over all I thought both teams played football there wasnt a bad tackle in the game and both sides shouted plenty of encouragment for there boys.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANKYOU TO ALL MY PARENTS FOR THIS HALF OF THE SEASON AND I LOOK FORWARD TO THE SAME SUPPORT FROM YOU ALL WHEN THE BOYS GO 11-ASIDE IN MARCH.

THANKYOU TO ALL PARENTS AND PLAYERS + COACHING STAFF ASWELL.

Well gentleman we started this game excellant with a couple of quick goals then sat back a wee bit and let them into the game, you then went up and managed to score another 2 goals and went in at half time up, after half time we fell to bits a wee bit playing as individuals and not as a team.

These things happen in games gentleman some you win some you loose THATS FOOTBALL so lets get the heads back up and back on the game again we all ken we can do it. also a big well done goes out to scott on his debute game with us also scoring on it aswell well done..

well done to all the boys today for keeping going in very cold conditions and to the parents aswell.

Well done today boys on a fantastic performance and a deserved result.Nathan had a great game in goals, Sam and Declan as usual were rocks in defence, Christopher,Darragh,Euan, and Ollie never stopped running in midfield and Will and Ben up front chased every through ball!! We scored some great "team" goals today through Darragh,Will and Euan and the second half performance was without doubt the best of the season.

Well done boys on your effort and determination and thanks to all the parents once again for your support.

Well done boys on saturday with your performance against probably the best team in the league!

In the end the wind was our biggest problem and undoubtedly contributed to the result. The boys were full of fight and determination and went ahead through a corner from Darragh and twice fought back to level through Christopher (first of the season) and Will before eventually being over powered with some fantastic shooting from the away team.

Once again everyone played their part and are not to get too down hearted about the result as the performance was great!

Remember this is only your 1st season playing soccer 7's!!!!!

SO well done keep up the good work, and thanks again for all the support from the parents!!
